We look for owners who may be considering selling their properties as a means of obtaining cash. Rather than sell they can cash out, lease back for 20 years. At the end of the 20 years the property reverts back to them at no additional cost.

We can make similar deals to acquirers of commercial properties. In many cases the acquirer is able to not only obtain control of the property but receive any residual cash as we provide 100% of the appraised value of the improvements i.e. the buildings.
